Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your YouCoach account and everything in it at any time.
Deletion request received
Your request reference is . We’ve logged it and your account data is scheduled for deletion. If you’d like an update, email us the reference at info@youcoach.co.za.
How to delete your data
- From the app: ask us from your Profile, or email info@youcoach.co.za from the address on your account. We’ll confirm and delete your account, routines, activities, goals, journal entries and photos.
- If you signed up with Facebook: removing YouCoach from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) automatically sends us a deletion request, and you’ll be given a reference code to track it here.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile, your routines, activities and goals, your journal entries and any photos, your messages, and the link to your coach. Some records may be kept only where the law requires it (for example, basic transaction records), and are removed once that no longer applies.
How long it takes
We action deletion requests within 30 days. If anything’s unclear, email info@youcoach.co.za and a person will help.
