Questions
Yes. Every price on this page includes 15% South African VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, and your receipt shows the VAT line.
Yes. Every personal account gets 14 days of Pro, once, with no card needed. When it ends you drop back to the free plan unless you subscribe. Nothing you made is deleted.
No. If your coach has linked you to their account, you have everything in Pro for as long as you're coached. Your coach's plan covers you. If you stop working with them, you move to the free plan and keep your data.
Ask us for an education code from your student email. Redeem it under Membership in the app and Pro is 50% off, R39.50 a month or R395 a year, for as long as you stay subscribed. Codes are single use and valid for 90 days from issue.
A client who is currently linked to you. When you unlink someone, the slot frees up straight away. If you're at your limit, the app tells you before you invite one more.
By invoice, per seat, for a term you choose. We set up your organisation, you add people by email, and each one gets Pro while the licence is active. Remove someone and the seat is free for the next person. Paid by EFT, no cards.
Yes, from Membership on your Profile. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Your routines, goals and journal stay.
They might, as the app grows. If they do, you'll hear from us at least 30 days before anything changes on your account, and you can cancel before it does.
